Echelon currently raids Sunday through Thursday. Raid invites start at 7:00 PM EST, and members are expected to be on time and ready to start (have all necessary gear/consumables/information on hand) at that time. Raids usually last until 11:30 PM EST. Guild members are expected to make all raids possible and to give advanced warning via the guild forum when they expect to miss a raid.

As the focus of Echelon is raiding at the highest level, those who apply should have a good deal of experience at or near that level of progression.  Your gear/talents/achievements should reflect your raiding experience and knowledge of your class.
